Marking the 'U.S. Citizen' box on the member application does not have any effect on this status. 'Citizenship Not Verified' is only used to determine if players have presented citizenship documents and does not imply that players listed with this heading are not U.S. Citizens. This rule only applies to Club Division Rugby.***
